First, we drench a sweet cake in a bowl with milk. Only 3 seconds.

Roast apple in pastry

PREPARATION
1.- Peel the apples and disheart them
2.- Boil the apples 15 to 20 minutes
3.- Drain them and let it get cold.
4.- Make puff pastry strips.
5.- Full the hole of the apples with raisins and almonds.
6.- Wrap the apples with the puff pastry.
7.- Paint them with the egg.
8.- Leave them in the oven.

· 2 cups of flour
· 2 teaspoonful of baking powder (Royal)
· chocolate chips
· 1 cup of sugar
· 1/2 cup of olive oil
· 1/4 cup of water
PREPARATION
1.- Heat up the furnace (170º).
2.- Put the baking paper on the baking sheet.
3.- Mix the flour, the baking powder and the chocolate chips.
4.- In the other bowl, mix the sugar with the olive oil until you have a mixture. Then put the water.
5.- Put this mixture into the other bowl (with the first one). Mix it with the blender.
6.- When it's mixted, catch the ice cream spoon and prepare some cookies to put on the baking sheet
7.- Put the cookies in the furnace 10 minutes.
8.- Kick off the cookies and wait some minutes. The cookies are ready!
